This policy explains what information Kilwins Ridgewood collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website at kilwinsridgewood.com, our quote and catering request forms, and our "Sweet List" text message program.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
When you join the Sweet List by texting SWEET to (888) 610-2080, we store your mobile number and the date you joined, for the sole purpose of sending you the promotional messages you asked for. We do not sell, rent, or share that number with anyone for marketing purposes. We use Twilio as our messaging provider solely to deliver these messages on our behalf.
Reply STOP to any message to be removed immediately, or HELP for help. Message frequency is approximately 1 message per week. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not collect payment information through this website.
We advertise on Google Search. When you submit a quote, an order, or a catering request, the site tells Google Ads that a request was submitted, so we can tell which searches bring us real enquiries rather than only counting clicks. This sets a Google advertising cookie in your browser.
What is sent is that a submission happened — not your name, phone number, email address, or anything you typed into the form. The measurement code loads only at the moment a request is submitted, so browsing the site without contacting us loads nothing and sets no cookie. You can opt out of Google’s advertising cookies at adssettings.google.com.
The phone number shown in a Google ad may be a Google forwarding number rather than ours. It rings the shop the same way and we answer it the same way. Google then reports the call to us, so we can tell which searches lead to real calls instead of only counting clicks. That report includes the number you called from, when the call started, how long it lasted, and the area it came from.
We do not record these calls, and we have not turned on call recording. This applies only to calls placed from a Google ad — the number printed on this website and on the shop window is our own line and is not routed through Google.
We do not use your information for any other purpose, and we do not sell it.
Sweet List numbers are kept until you opt out, after which the number is removed from our sending list. Quote and inquiry records are kept as long as needed to serve you and for ordinary business recordkeeping.
This website and the Sweet List are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
